Chicago’s immigrants march to save families

Immigrants in Chicago, Illinois, USA, marched recently to protest over America’s broken immigration system. Illegal immigrants who have children born in the US are often faced with a harrowing decision if they are deported: to take their American children back to the hardships they sought to escape in their home country, or to abandon them to the foster systems of the US where they have official legal status as US citizens.
