In the face of widespread evidence to the contrary, Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said there are no Russian soldiers in Ukraine – only volunteers who have gone to help the separatists of their own accord. But the testimonies of two injured Russian soldiers who have been captured in eastern Ukraine suggest otherwise. They claim they were sent there on active duty with Russian special forces.
